About Geoff Brennan:

Since 2014, Geoff has dedicated his work to bodywork and holistic healing, supporting people towards greater balance, connection, and well-being. His approach is rooted in the belief that the body holds an innate intelligence and natural capacity to heal.

Geoff’s practice is shaped by a love of movement, travel, languages, community, and the deep interconnectedness between people and nature. He sees movement as an essential part of health and has shared this philosophy through teaching in Ireland, Mexico, Central America, and Thailand.

Geoff offers:

  • Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy – gentle, hands-on support for the nervous system, self-regulation, and the body’s natural healing processes.

  • TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) – guiding individuals and groups through body-based practices that release stress and restore resilience and balance.

Drawing from these modalities and others, Geoff offers a compassionate, trauma-informed practice that supports body, mind, and spirit together.

At the heart of his work is deep listening, empathy, and care. Geoff believes that creating a safe and grounded space with clear boundaries allows for meaningful healing, connection, and transformation.
